Booking

How much does it cost?

Every event is a little different, so we put together a custom quote based on your date, location, event length and what you'd like included. Request a quote. It takes about two minutes.

How do I book?

Send a quote request or give us a call. We'll check your date, answer your questions and send your quote.

How far ahead should I book?

As soon as you know your date. Weekends during golf season and the holiday party season fill up first.

What kinds of events do you do?

Corporate outings and client events, holiday parties, weddings, birthdays and private parties, fundraisers, festivals, and brewery or venue nights. If people are getting together, we can probably make it work.

How fast will I hear back?

Within one business day, usually sooner.

Do you travel outside the Capital Region?

We travel for the right event. See our Locations page, and tell us where your event is when you request a quote.

Space and setup

How much space do you need?

Our full-size simulator is about 18 ft wide, 15 ft deep and 11 ft high. We'll review your event space ahead of time to make sure there's enough room for the simulator, your guests and safe play.

Can you set up indoors?

Yes. Ballrooms, offices, event halls, breweries and gyms all work, as long as the space fits the simulator and your guests.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes, we set up indoors and outdoors. Outside, we just need a flat, level surface and access to power.

Do we need a tent outside?

No. Just give us a flat, level spot with access to power.

What power do you need?

We typically need access to one standard electrical outlet near the setup area. We'll confirm power and placement with you before the event.

What do we need to provide?

Just the space and a standard outlet. We bring the simulator, screen, projector, launch monitor, hitting mat, clubs and balls, and we set it all up and take it down.

Playing

Do guests need to know how to golf?

Not at all. Our host gives quick pointers, and games like Closest to the Pin are just as fun for first-timers as for golfers.

What courses and games can we play?

Closest to the pin, long drive, free play, or a few holes on iconic courses. We'll help you pick the format that fits your crowd.

Do we need to bring clubs?

No, we bring clubs and balls. Golfers are welcome to bring their own. We have right-handed and left-handed sets.

Can lefties play?

Yes. Our launch monitor sits behind the golfer, so righties and lefties can play back-to-back without moving any equipment.

How many people can play?

Groups of any size. Formats like Closest to the Pin move fast, so everyone gets plenty of turns.

Can we run a contest with a leaderboard?

Yes. We can run closest-to-the-pin or long-drive contests with a leaderboard that keeps going all event. You bring the prizes, and we'll handle the rest.

Can kids play?

Kids can play with an adult supervising. We have junior sets for younger golfers.

What technology do you use?

A FlightScope Mevo Gen2 launch monitor that tracks ball speed, launch angle, spin and carry on every shot, paired with a big impact screen and projector.

Can we put our company logo on the screen?

Yes, we offer branding options for corporate events and fundraisers. Branded items take time to arrive, so let us know early.

Will someone from Mully's be there the whole time?

Yes. A Mully's host runs the simulator for your whole event, gives first-timers a few tips and keeps the line moving.

Safety

Is it safe?

Yes. Every setup has a marked hitting zone, only one golfer swings at a time, and a Mully's host is watching the whole time.

Are you insured?

Yes. Mully's carries liability insurance, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue.

Do you serve alcohol?

No, we don't serve or sell alcohol, but we're happy to set up at venues that do. For everyone's safety, our host may pause play for anyone who's had a few too many.
